About Image: This was the first test top ever poured with the Z Counterform System in a spec house. The Double Fancy Edge form was used for perimeter counters and the Fancy Edge was used for the island. Although our concrete mixes, stains, and sealers were not yet available someone looking to recreate this would most likely use the Counter-Pack additive with a standard concrete ready mix that has small pea gravel in it. 3-4 scoops of the Brown Terra-Tint should give you a similar color. This top was also wet polished to 1500 grit to expose some of the pea gravel in the concrete mix and polish the top. On a wet polished top, the SiAcryl 14 and Counter-Shine are normally the best options.
