How-To Set Up a Tax Exempt Account

If you are ordering on behalf of an organization that is exempt from state sales tax, please follow the steps below before placing your first order. We are unable to refund orders that have been placed prior to being set up and verified as tax-exempt.


  1. Set up an account in our online store.
  2. Email [email protected] with a copy of your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate using subject line “Sales Tax Exemption”. Make sure to include the email address that you used to create your account in Step 1 if it is different from the one you are emailing from.
  3. If your organization has a required vendor form or needs a copy of our W-9 please be sure to include that request in the body of the email.
  4. We will email you within 1 business day to confirm your account has been set up. You can then proceed to order online. If you encounter an error and the sales tax is still showing before you complete checkout, please do not proceed with the order and email us at [email protected] to rectify the issue. Again, we are unable to refund orders that have been placed prior to being set up and verified as tax-exempt
