Q&A

I can’t find the dimensions of the pool coping forming products. How thick is the cantilevered coping once finished?
The height of the Poolform is exactly 3". Your finished deck height will vary depending on if it is a fiberglass/ gunite pool using our Receiver Track or a Vinyl Liner Pool with a liner track. On the former you would be looking at about 3-3/8" above the top of the pool wall and on the latter, it is closer to 3-1/2".
Can you order just the base form for the z form pool liner or do you have to get 8 of each
The Z Poolform and Bendable Z Poolform are both sold in half boxes so you can get just 4 pieces instead of the full 8 piece box.
How do you keep from scratching a fiberglass pool with this product-- both during installation and removal. The process looks a little rough. Also, do you get any concrete "overspray" with this product or how to prevent it. What I mean by overspray is that the concrete actually goes underneath the z-form. So from a cross-section standpoint, it would look like fiberglass pool, concrete overflow, z-form, cantilever coping.
As far scratching a fiberglass pool, when applying the forms, the only thing coming in contact with the fiberglass is the Receiver Track and this is being screwed or taped down to the top of the pool, so there really is no risk of scratching the pool wall. When removing the forms, you do want to be careful with the extraction tool but this has not been a common complaint or issue with any of our customers so I would have to say it is not to big of a concern. Again, be careful but it should not be an issue. As far as overspray goes, no, I have not heard this one before but the Poolform completely plugs into the receiver track preventing concrete from getting under the forms. On the bendable forms, there are notches so a tape needs to be applied to seal these up but as long as the tape is applied properly, no concrete will leak under the forms.
I have 120 linear feet . I want the flat chiseled stone look . What’s cost for everything needed . I have 2’ radius corners .
