To protect the safety of our staff and community, we will be closed to all walk in customers at this time. Please be aware that UPS/Fedex/USPS are all experiencing delivery delays, especially in California. Email is currently the best way to get in touch as our phone support is extremely limited. Changes are happening rapidly so please check back here for up to date information.

Return Policy

  • Eligible returns are as follows: Unopened or unused products within 90 days of customer receiving order. Must be in original packaging and resellable condition when product arives to Returns Department. All items subject to inspection before credit is issued.
  • Customer must contact us by phone or email within 90 days of receiving order to open an RMA . Please email [email protected] your order # and products you wish to return to initiate a RMA and receive further instructions.
  • We refund your money in the same way you originally paid less 10% fee for restocking. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • We process refunds within one week after receiving the returned products.
  • Returned items must be sent UPS or FedEx. Improperly packaged items that incur damage may not be refunded. Any product that shows signs of use may also be denied.
  • Customer is responsible for all standard shipping costs to return the products.

Sink and Faucet Returns

  • We will accept returns on any unused sinks or faucets within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please contact us by phone or email to initiate a return on a sink or faucet.
  • The sink must be returned to CCS in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included.
  • We refund your money in the same way you originally paid less 20% fee for restocking.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Deck and Paver Drains
