Description

Make your own concrete wall tile with the Z Tileform System. Pouring your own concrete tile will give you the creative freedom to make a truly custom tile backsplash while saving a fortune over conventional ceramic and stone tile. It is as easy as mixing our White Countertop Concrete and pouring it into the Z Tileform molds. Add pigment and experiment with different techniques to create something truly beautiful.

To apply to wall, use any tile mastic or thinset tile adhesive. Tile should be cut with a wet saw. The Z Tileform system is for wall tile only. Use for floor tile at your own risk.

Includes 12 Subway Tileform trays (72 tiles - 9 sq. ft. per pour) - Molds are reusable

Dimensions: 6" W x  3" H x 5/16" D (see diagram in photos above).

One 50lb bag of White Countertop Mix will make approximately 132 Subway Tiles (16.5 sq. ft.). We highly recommend the use of our White Countertop Mix because of it's high strength and flowable properties.

PJ

"I've used it for five pours now, worth the money for sure."

Patrick J. (4/5)

Great tiles

"These tiles are perfect for my project. Will order more. Thanks"

Super Glossy Subway Tiles

"I just pulled the subway tiles out of the mold this morning and they are glossy just like ceramic. They were easy to make and I am excited to make my counter-tops now. I'm giving it 4 stars because I wish they were a little bit whiter, but I didn't want to add any more whitener than was recommended."

Jeff R. (4/5)

Subway Tile Form

"Products are reasonable but shipping is a little high. The forms are great. I used white cement today and they came out great. I will be purchasing from them again when I'm ready to make counter tops."

Bryan (5/5)

in process

"I have poured a few samples and it seems to work. I would be interested in forms for floor tiles if you have them."

Didn’t come out great

"First batch only yielded about a third of usable tiles. It was a lot of work for not a lot of ROI."

Mike R. (2/5)

Perfect thin tile

"Highly recommend to use with Counterform countertop mix, one bag produces 100s of tiles. For best results scoop concrete in individual molds then tamp/vibrate to fill form. Keep in mind finished product will be thinner than your standard ceramic or stone tile."

Q&A

Can this be used on as a bathtub surround (not a stand up shower)?
Sure, I don't see why that would be an issue at all.
Is it ok to use a release agent, even wd 40
Yes, you can certainly use a release agent although it is not normally needed because the concrete will not stick to this plastic on first use. If you reuse them over and over though, it is advised to use a release agent.
